Alonso Sanchez, 21, was allegedly high on drugs when deputies found him hugging and “hip-thrusting a tree” on Tuesday. Before they arrived on scene, a car had to swerve to keep from hitting Sanchez as he ran into the street.
When deputies tried to apprehend him, Sanchez punched one of them in the face, according to deputies.
