Diaper Thief Arrested In Toronto!!

Excerpt From Article:

Toronto Police say three such incidents took place between Dec. 1 and Jan. 23 at a house in the Woodbine Ave. and Gerrard St. E. area. A couple noticed someone had been rifling through their green bin, cops say.

Investigators said the man was also captured on CCTV surveillance video.

The diapers were not smeared on the property, Const. Caroline de Kloet said Thursday.

The motive is still being determined, she added.
