The driver gave deputies permission to search the vehicle after they said they recognized Wilson from previous law enforcement encounters.
When Wilson got out of the car a deputy noticed a bag of heroine by his feet and placed him under arrest, according to CCSO.
During a strip search at the Naples Jail Center deputies found a pack of 305 cigarettes inside of the 25-year-old’s anus with a clear baggie of fentanyl and burnt tin foil, deputies said.
Wilson is facing charges of drug possession and smuggling a controlled substance.
