The Chiefland Police Department says it first received complaints about a man exposing his sexual organs at a Walmart on Thursday.
Witnesses told police the man rode around the store with a hole in the crotch area of his pants, exposing his genitals.
Investigators said police received similar complaints in the past about a man matching Neeley’s description, but had never been able to identify a suspect until now.
