YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown officers said they arrested a woman found rolling in the road with her pants pulled down.
Just before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to a report of a woman lying in the street in the 1900 block of McClure Avenue.
When they got there, they said they found 58-year-old Denise Molina rolling around on the ground.
Officers said she had her pants and underwear pulled down and what appeared to be white foam on her mouth. They said she seemed disoriented.
Molina stood up but fell down again and kept telling officers, “You wanna play? We’ll play,” according to a police report.
One officer tried to help her up but she lunged toward the officer with clenched fists, the report says.
Police called an ambulance to check on her condition. Officers said she kicked an EMT in the throat.
Molina continued to thrash around as she was taken to the hospital.
Police found out Molina had a warrant for her arrest. She was booked into jail on Wednesday, after treatment at the hospital.
Molina is also facing charges of assault and dog ordinance for having her two dogs with her in the street, police said.
