He and the woman got in his vehicle and left the park to go to a nearby gas station, but when he went inside the convenience store, she began walking home.
As she walked down Center River Road, Moore allegedly drove in front of her, trying to stop her. She says he began bumping her with his chest and shoulders, saying “I’m not putting my hands on you. I’m not hitting you.”
She pushed him off her and out of her way, but that’s when he pushed her to the ground and began kicking her.
The police report says she was bleeding and had obvious signs of being assaulted.
Moore told police he got upset with her because “he felt like she wasn’t supporting his sorcery.”
