Smith’s mother, McBride, told police her son, James Morgan, found two black trash bags under the house at 102 Hartley St. while running a cable through the crawl space in 2016. He described the bags as “squishy.” He looked inside one of the bags, and “recognized that it contained remains of something once living,” according to a search warrant.
An officer checked inside one of the bags and saw a human foot, “approximately the size of a newborn’s foot,” among other remains. The remains of two infants were wrapped in separate trash bags, with towels wrapped around the remains inside the bags, according to a search warrant.
Smith told investigators that the children were born at the home where their remains were found, Doyle said. Smith said during both births, she delivered the children over the toilet and that the children showed no signs of life – they were not breathing or crying when they were born. Smith told investigators she lifted the infants out of the toilet, wrapped them in towels and then placed them in trash bags before hiding them beneath the house.

Fearing for her safety, she then locked herself in the home, and while she was lying in bed Shuler allegedly kicked down the door, jumped on top of her and attacked her, according to the arrest report.
As Shuler was punching her, the victim said she grabbed her purse and tried to retrieve her loaded revolver but Shuler took the gun out of the bag and hit her on the head with it.

Charged With Spitting, Urinating, And Vomiting On Officer!!!

Stulken was arrested for theft and possession of methamphetamine, and during a strip search officers found Stulken had hidden a can of chewing tobacco under his testicles in an attempt to take it into the jail, according to court documents.
When officers found the tobacco, Stulken began urinating on the officers. He was contained and taken to a jail cell. As one officer was leaving, Stulken allegedly spit in his face.
Stulken was then taken to the hospital for a blood sample and on the way back to the jail, he forced himself to vomit in the rear seat of the patrol car. He then proceeded to lick up the vomit and attempted to spit it at the officer who was driving.

Argument Over Fresh Bacon At Mcds!!

A woman faces a battery charge after an argument with another woman over fresh bacon Thursday, according to a Collier County Sheriff’s Office report.
Widna St. Jean, 24, was at the McDonald’s inside a BP gas station in Golden Gate when the woman came in from the drive-thru to complain that she didn’t have fresh bacon on her sandwich, according to the report.
McDonald’s staff told the woman the bacon was fresh, but she said she was a former McDonald’s employee and that it was not fresh bacon, the report said.
St. Jean told deputies she began arguing with the woman because she didn’t like the way she was talking to her friend.
A worker eventually gave the woman new bacon, and she left and got back in her red Nissan, according to the report.
St. Jean then left the McDonald’s and continued the argument with the woman, striking her on the side of the head and leaving a a 2-inch scratch on her forearm, according to the report.
