What exactly are they feeding the prisoners in Arkansas?? Whenever stories about obesity are in the news I instantly do research to find out where that state ranks in this category, in this case Arkansas is 6th! Would anyone want to fill us in on why its always the southern states that are high on the obesity charts? Back to the subject at hand, could this state figure our an alternative route if this doctor finds that these two are too fat?
