Seltzer’s mother stated that her daughter asked to go to Outback and she told her no. Seltzer became very angry and started punching her mother with closed fists on her chest and arms. Her father intervened and he received multiple scratches to his face and upper body.
Seltzer than began to scream and flipped over the large table and started tearing up random furniture inside the home. She than got a knife and ran toward her father while screaming, “I’m going to kill you.”
