CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida – A Florida woman is in jail after deputies say she was pleasuring her step-father in public on a park bench in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Just before 9 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2018, Brevard County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a woman performing oral sex on a man in public at Manatee Park.
According to police reports, the deputy passed three families and small children while walking up to the north side of the boardwalk at the park.
That’s when the deputy observed 65-year-old Robert Spiess of Cape Canaveral sitting on a bench with his belt undone, shorts unzipped, and penis exposed while 39-year-old Mandi Falconer of Cocoa sat on the ground in front of Spiess with her hands on his penis.
Spiess and Falconer both allegedly told the deputy that they were step-father and step-daughter.
They couple was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious acts and booked into the Brevard County Jail.
