According to a police report, Laura M. Ulin, 40, of Cape Coral, arrived at the Hair Cuttery, 2481 Del Prado Boulevard, about 5:45 p.m. Sunday with three or four children in tow. She had an appointment for 5:30 p.m.
Four witnesses told police she said “well, there seems to be a lot of talking and no work,” to which another client told Ulin to “take a chill pill.” The report said Ulin began yelling and cursing. Another customer stood and placed herself between the hairstylist and Ulin.
That customer said Ulin pulled a firearm from her purse, pointed it at her and told her to back up.

Wow!! This woman probably thought because she made an appointment when she got to this Hair Cuttery she’d be able to get serviced right away…but… (1) you were late..(2) a business like this can’t predict customer flow due to fact that majority of their customers are walk ins!! (3) This freak out cost you about 100 times more in bail money (bail set at $35,000) than your actual hair cut you were probably gonna get!
