This man wasn’t running from the cops or anything, he just got in a minor accident with the big rig that you can see in the video. This situation escalated quickly with this officer shooting this man within 6 seconds of exiting his vehicle!!! After viewing this video I don’t think this officer took in consideration that this man was parked on a slope on the shoulder of the road, which this man being parked this way would make him look odd or suspicious exiting the vehicle due to that fact. Yes, this man had his wallet in his hand… but should this officer’s fear radar been all the way up when he was probably informed from dispatch on what type of scene he was going to be facing ? This man who was shot survived this incident and of course this officer was cleared of any wrong doing.

None of this is gonna change the results of what happened in either of these incidents.. All I know is that this fuckery needs to be stopped!!
