Paul Chuckluck and Johnnie Gaghins are accused of child abuse after police said they posted a picture of their baby girl hanging from a door knob in a mesh laundry bag.
Police went to the couple’s apartment early Monday morning after they got a tip from an officer in Hominy. He said he saw a picture Gaghins posted on Snapchat that disturbed him, according to the probable cause affidavit.
