Man Kills Man For Talking Too Loud On Cellphone!!

A Utah man is facing a third degree homicide by assault charge after allegedly punching a man so hard he died, according to court documents.
Ross Alan Letham, 31, was staying at the Intown Suites in Woods Cross on March 5.
He came out of his room because another person was talking on the phone outside his room.
Letham didn’t like the noise and punched the man in the face, court documents say. This knocked the victim onto the ground, and he never regained consciousness.
