Of course this shit was excessive!! What exactly was this suspect gonna do to this cop when he was already detained? Another thing that was unnecessary was this man’s crime history being aired… Yes, he has had quite a few run ins with the law, but what did his previous arrest history have to do with him being tased for no fucking reason!
