Man Beats Friend With Bat Over $5 Dollars!!!

BUNNELL, Fla. – A man was arrested after he beat his friend with a bat and rammed his fence in his car after they had a fight over $5, deputies say.

Deputies said Brett Cretens, 31, and his friend began fighting over $5 that the friend owed Cretens. Cretens’ friend then offered Creten $3 and some quarters, instead of the full $5, according to the report.

The report said that Cretens became angry after the offer, got into his vehicle and backed into his friend’s car. He then rammed into the man’s fence with his car, according to deputies.

Cretens then began sending profane text messages to his friend and urging him to come outside, according to the report. Deputies said his friend came outside and saw Cretens holding a bat. As his friend was walking away, Cretens struck his friend in the leg with a bat, according to the report. Deputies said when Cretens’ friend turned around, he struck him twice in head.

Deputies said Creten’s friend had a raised bump on his head where he said he’d been hit, and that there were tire marks consistent with his story in driveway.

Cretens was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and was taken to jail.

Dad Forced 10 Year Old Son To Eat Habanero Sauce To ‘Motivate’ Him!!!

It all started when the 10-year-old boy struggled to eat spicy food, according to authorities.

Christopher Aschnewitz’s son had trouble finishing the food Monday night at his Nashville, Tennessee home, so Aschnewitz made him do push-ups as punishment, an arrest affidavit said.

But the boy also struggled to perform the push-ups, authorities said. So his father told him to do sit-ups instead, the affidavit said.

Police say the boy’s efforts still didn’t meet Aschnewitz’s approval. The man then forced his son to eat a teaspoon of habanero sauce, telling him that if he threw up the hot sauce, he’d have to eat his vomit, the affidavit said.

Aschnewitz, 39, said the hot sauce would “motivate” the boy to complete his exercises, authorities said. The child could have water if he was successful, his father allegedly told him.

When the boy failed to perform the exercises, authorities say Aschnewitz beat him with an aluminum pole — described as a three-foot lobster snare, which is used by divers to draw lobsters out of crevasses for catching — in the buttocks several times.

A couple from Tennessee is charged with child endangerment and abuse when police officers found their 6-month-old twins buried under several garbage bags full of clothing.

An officer approached Crystal Cramer and Christopher Smith at a Versailles gas station when the policeman observed the couple having car trouble, according to NBC affiliate WLEX. When the officer asked if anyone was with them, Cramer motioned to the car.

The policemen observed piles of clothing in garbage bags stacked to the ceiling of the car. After digging through the bags, they found two infants soaked in urine that were cold to the touch and were purple in color, the report said.

The children are now in the custody of state child protective services.

Andrew Turley, 30, was convicted for trafficking of a child and compelling prostitution of someone under the age of 18.

Chihuahua Cooked In Oven !!!!

WARRENTON, Ore. — A Warrenton woman told police she put her pet Chihuahua in the oven and turned it on because she believed her ex-boyfriend was inside the dog.

The suspect, 28-year-old Noelle Moor of Warrenton, Oregon, was arraigned Wednesday on one count of first-degree aggravated animal abuse. She will be back in court March 28.

When police arrived at Moor’s residence in the 110 block of NW 4th Street in Warrenton, on March 19, they found the dog, a 7-year-old male Chihuahua, on the burner of the oven. The dog was dead.

The oven was off when officers arrived. An officer said the residence still smelled of burnt hair and flesh.

The dog was taken to Clatsop County Animal Control for investigation.

Man Shoots Self In Leg To Profess Love For Ex-Girlfriend!!!

HOMESTEAD, Fla. – A South Florida man’s plan to win back the love and affection of his ex-girlfriend included shooting himself in the leg.

Ivan Filgueira, 26, and his girlfriend broke up in January after he cheated on her with another woman. Since that time, Filgueira’s ex said he has been trying to get her back, even showing up at her Florida City workplace begging and crying.

Filgueira called the woman at her Homestead home on March 11, saying he was going to shoot himself in the thigh to prove he loves her, adding he knew he could hit an artery and that he may bleed out.

After his comment, the ex said she heard a gunshot and Filgueira screaming that he needed a paramedic.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found Filgueria with a gunshot wound to his left thigh sitting in the passenger’s seat of a silver Lexus driven by an unknown person.

Due to the severity of his injuries, Filgueira was airlifted to Jackson South Hospital in critical condition. Following surgery, he was kept in the hospital under the Baker Act and medically treated.

As police found multiple firearms and ammunition inside his home, Filgueira was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon immediately after being discharged Wednesday.
