A California Highway Patrol officer pulled the truck over before 5 p.m. because the vehicle had no tags and was weaving on Old Highway 80, about a mile west of Tierra Del Sol Road.
A U.S. Border Patrol agent patrolling the area in an unmarked car passed by the vehicle stop and asked the officer if he’d like assistance.
When the agent approached the truck, he observed it was riding “extremely low” and had what appeared to be fresh paint on the rear. He could also smell body odor and what was described as the pungent smell of a soap commonly used in Mexico.
The truck’s driver, a U.S. citizen who had been placed in the CHP car, said the truck was his and gave permission to search.
When the agent opened the rear doors, he found dozens of people standing inside, sweating excessively, the complaint states.
In an interview with authorities, the driver, Shawn Lee Seiler, admitted to being a human smuggler who was expecting to transport 50 people that evening, the complaint says. He said he was surprised to learn there were 77 inside.
He told investigators he was to be paid $100 for each unauthorized immigrant he transported.

The indictment alleges Lashirley Morris used a bat to beat Kejuan repeatedly in the head, stomach, legs and arms, while legal guardian Glenndria Morris spanked him after he sneaked and ate a cupcake, Fulton district attorney spokesman Dexter Bond said.

Alabama Man Raped, Impregnated Mentally-Incapacitated Sister!!!

A young Blount County man was arrested late Monday afternoon on charges that he raped his sister and impregnated her.
Eric Arthur Williams, 20, is charged with first-degree rape and incest. Both are felonies.
According to an affidavit filed with the Blount County clerk’s office, Williams engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim, “a female with diminished mental capacity who was also his sister.” The adult victim, court records state, is not capable of consent.
The alleged crimes happened in February 2017. The victim became pregnant and, due to the “mental functioning” of the victim, she could not carry the child to term.
A DNA test on the fetus confirmed that Williams was the father. Investigators with the Blount County District Attorney’s Office arrested Williams late Monday afternoon. He is being held in the Blount County Jail with bonds totaling $75,000.
Williams’ wife declined to comment on the charges. Efforts to locate other family for comment weren’t immediately successful.

Brandi Gregory couldn’t call 911 after live-in boyfriend Patrick Moan punched her in the right ear.
She lacks arms, legs and a phone — Moan broke hers two weeks ago.
So, two hours after the punch on Sunday afternoon, Moan pushed Gregory to a Vero Beach Walmart so she could tell someone, according to the Indian River Sheriff’s Office. Moan told a Walmart shopper himself, hoping that person would “call the cops so he could go to jail.”
“Moan said he’s tired of taking care of her and pushing her in her wheelchair everywhere,” according to the arrest report. “He said he’s also tired of being her primary caregiver and felt if he punched her and confessed it, he would no longer have to take care of her and she would become the state’s problem.”

Cops Eat Weed Edibles On The Clock!!!

CBC News has learned the officers, who work at 13 Division, were on duty not far from the station at Eglinton Avenue West and Allen Road when they allegedly ingested pot edibles.
Police sources tell CBC News the officers began to complain of “hallucinations” and one made a call for an officer needing assistance. Both officers were found in a police vehicle and later treated in hospital.
During the call, another officer responding to the scene slipped on ice and required medical attention. That officer suffered a head injury.
Sources tell CBC News the marijuana edibles the officers ingested are believed to have come from this dispensary. It’s unclear if the officers participated in the raid over the weekend.
