A Palm Bay man pinned down his pregnant girlfriend with his knee and forced her to smoke crack — and then he burned her forehead and lip with a crack pipe, an arrest affidavit said.
Joesph Carlucci, 31, faces two charges of aggravated battery. He remains incarcerated on $31,000 bond at the Brevard County Jail Complex, and he will be arraigned Nov. 7 at the Moore Justice Center in Viera.
